Technology

By inspiring leadership and inventive ideation, Redifil Nonwovens is blended with years of experience; going & growing ever 3 Beam Technology with up to 1600 mm width range at the speed of 650 meters per minute to serve clients better, especially for the Hygiene & Medical Care applications. This will enhance our production capacity up to 10000 MT per annum with three production lines: 1.6 S, 1.6 SS & 1.6 SSS.

Quality

Our 12,000 Square MT facility is situated in Rajkot, India, with a dedicated research and development wing equipped with capabilities for testing GSM, Air Permeability, Thickness, Fiber Distribution Microscope, and Tensile Testing.  Also equipped with Liquid Strike Through, Runoff, and Wetback Testing facilities for hydrophilic nonwoven fabric.
